Call us for fast and professional emergency service at reasonable rates. We carry an extensive inventory of emergency spare parts to get your equipment running again in the shortest possible time.

Preventative Maintenance (and Calibration)
Minimise down-time and repair costs by joining our Preventative Maintenance (and Calibration) Scheme. Our technician will visit you at regular, pre-defined intervals to carry out essential maintenance operations and thoroughly check all areas of the equipment as recommended by the original manufacturer. This approach has been proven to highlight potential problems before they cause costly breakdowns and loss of production. For testing instruments requiring calibration, this is included in the flat-rate fee. Calibration tools used are fully certified and traceable to approved central standards and you will receive a full calibration certificate.

By grouping members of our Preventative Maintenance Scheme into geographical areas, we can greatly reduce the costs of our visits. You pay one low flat-rate for each visit that covers all of our working time, travelling time and travel and living expenses, reducing overall costs and greatly simpifying maintenance budgeting. In order to maximise the efficiency of our tours, and thereby reduce costs for our members, we ask of you only some flexibility in the timing of our visits. However, the visit will be made at the agreed regular intervals and we will give you at least 4 weeks advance notice so that you can plan your production schedules accordingly. If additional work or visits are required, our Preventative Maintenance Scheme customers get significant discounts on our normal rates.
