The role of PD Services is to provide a local interface for our partners‘ customers. Whether you need to invest in new solutions or maintain, calibrate or repair existing equipment, our decades of specialist experience is at your disposal.

Sales
We believe that personal contact is the key to successful project completion. From an initial visit to your site to discuss your requirements and application in detail, through the various stages of specification, quotation, negotiation, order completion, production, delivery and installation we will be with you every step of the way.

Service
As the company name implies, our forte is service and our motto is „We service everything we sell“. Many local agents do a fine job up to the point of delivery but cannot help when it comes to installation and training or if there is a technical problem later on. This leaves the customer having to deal directly with a foreign manufacturer sometimes in different languages or even different time zones. For all equipment you buy through us or have previously bought from any of our partners, we are able to offer installation and training in your own language, telephone support, emergency call-out service, certified calibration service using traceable standards and cost-effective preventative maintenance plans.
